Splunk Subscription Support

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Office of Information Technology seeks a qualified NYC-certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise(s) (M/WBEs) that is registered in PASSPort and an authorized licensed reseller to provide Splunk Cloud Subscription Services.

As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability.
