This ADDENDUM is issued to institute the included changes and/or deletions to the Drawings and Specifications for the SPLASH PAD FACILITY project and hereby becomes a part of said Drawings and Specifications.
Where an item on the original Drawings and Specifications is amended, voided, or superseded by a modification contained in the ADDENDUM, the provisions of such item not specifically amended, voided, or superseded shall remain in effect.
