Spencer RC RTU Replacement

Replace 7 exisng Lennox RTU's with Lennox Enlight RTU's with the following factory installed
opons:
High Performance Economizer Factory Installed Single Enthalpy High Performance Economizer
Direct Drive Supply Fan: Mul-Speed ECM Direct Drive Built-in BACnet IP and MS/TP (standard)
Refrigerant R-454B Barometric Relief Damper Factory Installed Low Nox Factory Installed
Combinaon Coil/Hail Guards Factory Installed Hinged Access Doors Factory Installed Environ
Evaporator and Condenser Coil System Factory Installed 2" MERV8 - PLE Filter Factory Installed
and condensate switch
Exisng low and high voltage:
- replace exisng tstats with Honeywell TH8321WF VisionPRO 8000 Smart Thermostats
- low voltage wiring to be replaced from RTU to T-stat if insufficient for operaon
- if line voltage wiring is sufficient, use otherwise include replacement breakers and wiring as
needed
The Lennox Enlight is equipped with a non-fused disconnect, if possible, I do not want to have
an addional fused disconnect atached to the RTU. If there is no way around not having the
fused disconnect on the RTU, the RTU needs to be ordered without the non-fused disconnect.
Gas:
- provide all materials needed to connect gas to replacement RTU to include replacing exisng
union and ball valve.
Roofing:
- include roof curb adapters
- include high wind hold down brackets
- penetraons needing sealed or repairs needing made from installaon should be compable
with Duro Last Inc. roofing systems.
