Overview
Summary

The City of Pueblo is soliciting a qualified Contractor to provide Speed Safety Camera equipment, data collection services, and violation/appeals processing for consistent, predictable, and transparent automated speed enforcement along the City's roadways. The City of Pueblo Police Department will focus implementation of the Speed Safety Camera Program for enforcement in work zones, school zones, identified high injury networks (HINs), and established traffic safety corridors.

It is anticipated that the Speed Safety Camera Project will utilize an Automated Vehicle Identification System and comply with the Statewide Safety Camera Program for Colorado, Revised Statute 42-4-110.5.

The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for all administration, personnel, supervision, management, labor, programs, consumable materials, shipping, handling, delivery, travel (if necessary), insurance, profit, and equipment necessary to provide the services requested in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
