Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Avenue,
Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, May 1, 2026 for DPW Project 24229
Speech Pathology Elevator Replacement, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Minor interior renovation of the Speech
Therapy Building located on the Pocatello campus. Renovation work includes the demolition of the existing
elevator, installing a new ADA compliant elevator, minor interior renovations at the elevator landings and
replacement of the fire alarm system.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, April 20, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the ISU Speech Pathology Building, 650 Memorial Drive, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $0.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $440,000.00
