Project Description: The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals that will enable the city to determine which Company and will best meet the City’s needs for the Renovation Services for Signage and Branding as detailed in the Scope of Work. The Spectrum Center has serves as the home to the Charlotte Hornets and hosted numerous high-profile events that have promoted tourism throughout the Charlotte region, and contributed to the development, growth, and expansion of business within the Uptown area.
