Scope of Services
Florida Keys Electric Cooperative (FKEC) is seeking proposals to provide hazard mitigation for the replacement of eleven (11) guyed transmission structures with steel self-supported structures and concrete drilled pier foundations. These structures range in location from Key Largo (Card Sound), Florida to Marathon, Florida with four (4) being on land and seven (7) located in the water.
