Scope of Services
This project involves the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of a new office facility on the same site. The existing structure was severely damaged in 2023 by Hurricane Idalia and has been deemed unsuitable for repair.
The scope of work includes the complete demolition and removal of the current building, including all debris disposal in accordance with local and state regulation. Following demolition, the selected contractor will be responsible for all construction activities related to the new building, including site preparation, foundation work, structural framing, roofing, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and all other work necessary to deliver a fully operational office facility.
The new office building will be approximately 3100 Sq. ft. and will be designed to meet current building codes, accessibility standards, and energy efficiency requirements. All construction may comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating inspections, securing all necessary permits, and adhering to the project timeline established in the RFP. A detailed set of architectural and engineering drawings, as well as technical specifications, will be provided as a part of this RFP package.
