Specialty Towing and Roadside Repair (STARR) Services Program

Pursuant to this Request for Proposals (“Request for Proposals” or “RFP”), the State of Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (“Department”), requests written Proposals from qualified Proposers to establish a Contract as outlined in Exhibit “A,” Scope of Services and Method of Compensation, for the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to facilitate expedient, safe and efficient towing services for wrecked or disabled motor vehicles and for the removal of abandoned vehicles, spilled motor vehicle fluids, and debris or cargo from the Turnpike right-of-way for the Specialty Towing and Roadside Repair (STARR) Services program.
