Specialty Pharmacy Delivery and Shipment tracking and monitoring system

SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY (“UPSTATE”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for a vendor to provide a web-based platform to track, monitor and intervene, if necessary, for Upstate’s Specialty pharmacy deliveries/shipments. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertised Notice.

Requirements:

• Must be able to do business in New York State.
• Vendor must have been in business for over 5 years.
• The platform must already exist and be able to implement immediately.
• Must be able to track and monitor Specialty Pharmacy parcel management.
• Must provide one (1) consistent platform across all carries to track and monitor parcel delivery trends and patterns during delivery.
• Must be able to interpret real-time package tracking scans.
• Must be able to initiate package rescue if necessary.
• Must be able to provide predictive issues analysis at delivery location which can be used prior to shipping
• Must be able to identify temperature and weather concerns at delivery location

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law (“SFL”) §§139j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law, therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency. Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL §§139 j&k and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a.

Vendors responding to this advertisement will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability forms.
