Special Tax Settings & Assessment Levy

The County of Orange, County Budget & Finance Office (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Special Tax Settings and Assessment Levy Services on behalf of the County. There are currently thirteen (13) Community Facilities Districts, one (1) Assessment District, and one (1) Reassessment District overseen by the County . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
