The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is issuing this draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the agency’s Special Situation Investment Management Services (SSIMS) requirement to allow an opportunity for industry to submit questions and feedback for Government consideration prior to release of the final contemplated solicitation.
