NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed statements of qualification will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following:

Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative Services for Juvenile Court

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2026

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Juvenile Court is seeking to contract with qualified agencies or individuals to provide for the Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative Program (SSODA) services, including evaluations and treatment, as further described in the solicitation document.
