This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses in accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127(d). To be eligible to submit an offer and considered for an award , the Offeror must have a valid registration in the System for Award Management (sam.gov), as well as be verified in the SBA VETCERT system.
