The U.S. Army is seeking commercial solutions to support the diverse and evolving requirements of CPE ST3, PdM FTS. The Government is contemplating the award of multiple single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the SOF-T Serve portfolio. This is designed as a high-speed route to identify, evaluate, and field commercial capabilities at the speed of the commercial market. The objective is to leverage commercial products and services to enhance the readiness and lethality of Special Operations Forces (SOF).
The Special Operations community requires partners capable of delivering comprehensive, agile, and innovative solutions across a wide spectrum of mission requirements. The Army is seeking pathways to tap into the rapid evolution of commercial technology and training methodologies. SOF-T Serve is intended to bridge this gap by establishing a mechanism to rapidly access and integrate specialized commercial solutions.
