The City of San Carlos is seeking proposals from qualified firms experienced to provide sound services, including speakers, other necessary equipment, and support staff for public community events. The Parks and Recreation Department manages a variety of community events throughout the year, including two multi-day festivals, one concert series, and multiple smaller-scale community events.
