Amendment 0012 is hereby issued against COG 8 Solicitation SPE60525R0221. Offerors are required to complete SF-30, Blocks 15A. through C., Page 1 only, and return via electronic email to the email addresses georgia.dotson@dla.mil regina.daniels@dla.mil, and john.stanislaus@dla.mil by March 3, 2026, at 8:00 pm (EST) Fort Belvoir, VA local time. This amendment is open only to the offerors that provided a proposal under SPE60525R0221.
The purpose of this Amendment 0012 is for the following reasons:
1.DLA Energy received three (3)-line items for TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS): 324110 Small Business Size Standard: 1500 employees or refining no more than200,000 barrels per calendar day. This is for SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB) set aside only. Please refer to FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—CommercialProducts and Commercial Services (Oct 2025) for Small Business Concerns.

GASOLINE, AUTOMOTIVE (MUR) DRUMMOND CREEK SURVIVAL SC, WA 18,000 USG
DIESEL, FUEL (DS2) DRUMMOND CREEK SURVIVAL SC, WA 10,000 USG
Vendors must use the Price Data Sheet for pricing to include a complete breakdown of taxes for the final price. In addition, a Certificate of Analysis/Certificate of Quality (COA/COQ) must be submitted for the JAA to Boeing Field, WA.
