This solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (“FAR”) for the anticipated procurement of NSN 8150-01-483-9123, TRICON TYPE 1, 6' 5-1/2" LENGTH X 8' WIDTH X 8' HEIGHT. When published the solicitation number will be SPE8ED-26-Q-0004.
Containers must comply with ISO standards.
SURPLUS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT

QUOTE SUBMISSION
The DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) electronic upload is the sole method of quote submission.A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil./ DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) items of supply.
Mailed offers, e-mailed offers, hand-carried offers and facsimile offers are NOT authorized for receipt of initial proposals. However, in the event of solicitation amendments, clarifications and/or negotiations, revisions to the initial proposal are hereby authorized via email responses to anna.lake@dla.mil and/or nazlah.nash-mitchell@dla.mil.
A solicitation will not be emailed to interested parties. All interested parties must access SPE8ED-26-Q-0004 via DIBBS.
If the offeror is unable to timely upload its proposal in DIBBS, this will not constitute an acceptable excuse to submit a late offer.
