This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a 5-year base period for a total duration of 5 years. The solicitation is Unrestricted. FOB Destination. Pricing will be evaluated on the on Estimated Annual Demand Quantity.
