This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 12.201-1(a) for a base period of five years. The item description contains sources KHS CORP (24550), RTX CORP (52661). AIRTRONICS (58078) and PARAMOUNT MACHINE CO (2T575, PART-NUMBER 4086682-2. The solicitation is Total Small Business Set-aside. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 438 days after receipt of order. Contractor First Article Test. Export Control. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 97 each for the base period.
