This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) Below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) for a base period of five years. The item description contains sources UNITED ELECTRIC CONTROLS COMPANY, CAGE 88234, P/N 800-8BS and AUTOMATIC CONTROLS OF VIRGINIA, CAGE 9K117, P/N 800-8BS. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. The delivery required is 72 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 22 each for the base period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
