This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted; other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: Boeing Company, (81205) P/N BMS13-60T22C01G004 The required delivery is 242 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about April 18, 2025.
This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
