Project Description:
St. Louis County ("the County") is seeking proposals for the design, development, and drafting of the Spanish Lake Small Area Study ("the Study"). The Study represents the first small area planning effort that will drill down from the "what" and "why" of St. Louis County 2050: An Equitable and Sustainable Comprehensive Plan, into the "how" and "where" the vision is translated into tangible outcomes. The selected proposer will research and analyze existing conditions and trends, conduct public outreach and community engagement, produce a study that looks at localized issues, and puts forward actionable policies and recommendations to improve the community.
