Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) to solicit technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from proposers (¿Respondents¿) to provide professional space planning and programming services for the Old Douglas County Courthouse located at 6754 West Broad Street, Douglasville, Georgia Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project.
