New Caney ISD is conducting this procurement on behalf of SPA for Ice Cream/Frozen Juice Products to establish a contract with possible multiple vendors for use by eligible organizations participating in School Purchasing Alliance Cooperative.

Initial Contract will begin
July 01, 2026 - June 30, 2027 for one (1) year with the option upon both parties approval for an additional four (4) one (1) year extensions.
NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
Proposers finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in these document specifications shall contact the New Caney ISD in IonWave before May 1, 2026 at 3PM. Addenda (if required) will be posted on May 4, 2026. Addenda can be found by going to IonWave.
