Notes	New Caney ISD is seeking Requests for Proposals for a SPA Food Service Cooperative Director to oversee the purchase of food and non-food items for the NCISD Food Service Cooperative, as set forth in the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code, prior to 11/12/2025 @11:00am. Proposals will be opened at 21580 Loop 494 New Caney, Tx 77357 Administration Building. New Caney ISD is conducting this procurement on behalf of the SPA cooperative to establish a contract with a single vendor. New Caney ISD, as set forth in section 271.101 et seq. of the Texas Local Government Code, serves as the Fiduciary District and the NCISD board has authority to award the contract. Proposers finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in these document specifications shall submit to the "Questions" tab before November 5, 2025 at 5pm (Local Time). All responses to questions will be posted in IonWave by November 7 , 2025 by 4:00pm . If vendor is submitting a paper proposal: Please submit one original -Response envelopes should be marked on the lower left hand corner as follows: "RFP 01-2025-004 SPA Food Service Cooperative Director" Contract Terms: Set for December 15, 2025 Board approval Initial Contract will begin January 01, 2026 for one (1) year ending on December 31, 2026 with the option upon both parties approval for an additional three (3) one (1) year extensions. NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor as determined through the proposal evaluation process. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
