Southgate DDA - Management and Operation of Concessions Venue at Market Center Park

The Southgate Downtown Development Authority (“Authority”) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to manage and operate the dynamic food and beverage venue located at Market Center Park, the Authority’s vibrant event park and gathering space. The goal is to provide high-quality food, beverage, and event services that enhance the community experience, with an emphasis on innovation, community engagement, and effective management.

The Authority envisions Market Center Park as being a hub of year round daily activity for residents and visitors. Over the last ten years, many amenities and upgrades have been made to the space including a performance pavilion, a splash pad, and a large patio area. Plans include new fencing, construction of a promenade, public art installation, and an accessory structure housing concessions, bathrooms, and storage building near the splash pad.
