4. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to the City of Alabaster, Alabama for the construction of a sewer force main in Alabaster, Alabama. This project includes  the furnishing and installation of approximately 3100 LF of 6” HDPE DR13.5 and Ductile Iron force main, Valves, and all other necessary appurtenances.  Owner will receive Bids at the City of Alabaster City Hall, located at 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, Alabama 35007 until 10:00 A.M. local standard time on the 17 ^th day of December 2025, at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.
