2025 SOUTHEAST REGIONAL WWTP EXPANSION BATHYMETRIC SURVEY OF LAGOONS

The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority requests proposals for the completion of a Bathymetric Survey of Lagoons at our North Topsail Wastewater Treatment Plant.  Proposals will be received at the ONWASA Central Office Complex at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540, until 2:00 pm on May 2, 2025.

The successful proposer (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) shall furnish all permits, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all tasks described in the Scope of Work. Work will be performed at ONWASA’s North Topsail Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1095 State Highway 210, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. Work is to begin within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of a Notice to Proceed, and all work on the project shall be completed within 30 calendar days from that date.

The facilities are located at the project location noted and will include the three (3) infiltration lagoons and two (2) infiltration basins at the plant.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bid opportunities at ONWASA.
