NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Southaven, Mississippi
will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10 oclock a.m. local time, on April 15, 2026 at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Southaven, at the following address: Southaven City Hall 8710 Northwest Drive Southaven, Mississippi 38671 Received bid will then be publicly read aloud in the City’s Board room at 10:15 a.m. local time. Bids are only received for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and for the construction of that certain project designated as “Southaven Police Department Generator / Transfer Switch Improvements Project”. Project Drawings and Specifications are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk. |

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Southaven, Mississippi
will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10 o’clock a.m. local time, on April 15, 2026 at the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Southaven, at the following address:

Received bid will then be publicly read aloud in the City’s Board room at 10:15 a.m. local time.
Bids are only received for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and for the construction of that
certain project designated as “Southaven Police Department Generator / Transfer Switch
Improvements Project”. Project Drawings and Specifications are on file and can be viewed at the
office of the City Clerk.
