200 South Waterline Replacement Project Phase 1

Vernal City is requesting bids for the construction of the following project:  200 South Waterline Replacement Project Phase 1.  Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Vernal City office located at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT  84078 until Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm.  At that time bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The project includes the replacement of approximately 13,200 ft of existing waterline with new 8" PVC line of which 3800 ft will require temporary above ground looping lines to maintain services to residents during construction.  The project also includes the replacement of existing fire hydrants and water service meters and other associated work.
