This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25725Q0402. The incorporated provisions and clauses in this document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective on 01/17/2025.

The Veterans Affairs Soth Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for South Texas VA hotel/motel lodging and transportation in accordance with Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW) 36C25725Q0402.

This requirement will be competed using a Total Service-Disabled Veterans Owns Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110- Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. Small Business size standard $40 Million. The PSC is V231 - Transportation/travel/relocation- Travel/lodging/recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/motel.

All questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday May 6, 2025, to Contracting Officer at the below email addresses. E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Requests shall be marked with solicitation number 36C257Q0402.

This solicitation will close at 11:00 AM CST on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable.
