Summary

The City of Aurora invites you to bid on the South Stolp Avenue Streetscape Improvements. The project includes sidewalk removal, partial curb removal, street lighting installation, landscaping island construction, brick ribbon installation and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the Plans and specifications.

Background

Sidewalk on the west side of the block has cross slopes that are not ADA acccessible. There are also two building entryways that have a step. Improvements are meant to create an ADA accessible side of the street while also improving lighting and adding landscaping.
