South Shore Country Club Function Hall Repair

The Town of Hingham (the Owner and Awarding Authority) seeks to solicit bids for all work for the function hall wall repair at the South Shore Country Club, 74 South St., Hingham, MA 02043.

Bids for the Work are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 149.

Regulations governing bidding procedure as set forth in above mentioned General Laws must be followed. In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the provisions of these Bidding Documents and of the cited statute, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of the said statute shall control.

Construction Schedule : Construction to commence March 2025, with Completion date of April, 2025

Total Project Estimate: $250,000

The work will comprise of removing current wall and rebuilding to current building codes.

The function room holds 225 people and overlooks the golf course. The wall currently is failing and needs to be reconstructed to current building codes.
