The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site Visit Meeting  will take place on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 10:00 A.M EST meeting at the following address: 2151 South Service Lane Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District owns a 20 million gallon per day (MGD) annual average daily flow (AADF) Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) which is operated by Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES), as well as a Solid Waste Transfer Station (SWTS), to which both facilities are located on South Service Lane, Lake Buena Vista FL.

The current WRRF process consists of screening and grit removal, flow equalization tanks, biological nutrient removal tanks, secondary clarification, filtration and disinfection. These processes, as well as other supporting structures are in use 24 hours a day which require occasional cleaning to allow the facility to operate at normal flow capacities.

The SWTS is in operation for 18 hours per day, and consists of a food waste tipping floor, loadout tunnel and vehicle staging areas. The SWTS is responsible for collecting all food waste across property and properly disposing of the waste.

Contractor shall provide all the labor, materials, equipment and tools to perform tank cleaning, wet well cleaning, hydro excavation, line jetting cleanout, decontamination services and environmental cleanup for the facilities that are in the South Service Area as requested.
