Solicitation Summary
Sealed proposals shall be submitted in duplicate and received by the offices of the Board
of Education of Allegany County, 108 Washington Street, Cumberland, MD 21502 until
2:00 PM local time March 19, 2026, for the Security Vestibule at South Penn
Elementary School in Cumberland, Maryland. Thereafter, such proposals shall be
publicly opened and read aloud.
Bonafide Prime Contractors may obtain electronic files in pdf. format (drawings and
specifications) via email from the Allegany County Public Schools Construction
Department (Contact Jay Marley via email at william.marleyiii@acpsmd.org). Upon
award of the Contract, the successful Contractor shall utilize the electronic documents
for printing additional sets required for construction. Amy addenda will be provided
electronically.

Additional Instructions
There will be no pre-bid meeting. Bonafide contractors requesting bid documents
should schedule a site visit by contacting Jay Marley at william.marleyiii@acpsmd.org.
