Overview

Summary

This Solicitation is for the selection of a Design Build Firm to provide Design-Build Services for the scope of work described herein. This will be a two-step solicitation. The Aviation Authority will evaluate the responses to this solicitation and establish a shortlist no less than three qualified firms. Those shortlisted firms will then be invited to a closed platform in OpenGov to submit a technical proposal and a price proposal. See the Evaluation Criteria in Section 7 for more information.
