Project Description: BJWSA is soliciting bids for the roof replacement of the South of Broad Operations building. The building is a premanufactured metal building consisting of 8,500 square feet with 5,500 square feet for office space and 3,500 square feet for warehouse. The building construction was finalized in 2019, and since that time there has been corrosion of roof panels and fasteners due to dissimilar metal corrosion.
