South Milpitas Blvd Road Extension

The Project purpose is to construct a bridge across Penitencia East Channel (Channel) to connect South Milpitas Boulevard on the north side of the channel with a new connector street between Tarob Court and Sango Court on the south side of the channel. Project work includes extending South Milpitas Boulevard approximately 250 feet from its current termination point to a new intersection, constructing connections to the existing Valley Water maintenance roads, extending existing potable water and recycled water lines, constructing sidewalk, curb, gutter, and bioretention, and demolishing an existing vacant office building and associated parking lot.
