South Island Trail Phases 3 & 2B Construction

Sealed bids to obtain construction services to construct an at-grade, 10-foot-wide multi-modal bituminous paved pedestrian trail of approximately 3,752 linear feet in length, called “Phase 3,” plus a contiguous trail section of approximately 500 linear feet, called “Phase 2B,” in Stevensville, MD, will be received from qualified bidders by the County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County at the Department of Parks and Recreation until Friday, August 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time.  At that time, bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible responsive bidder.
