RE: BID 20260098, SOUTH GULF COVE MSBU BRIDGE REHABILITATIONS #014065, 014070, and 014072
BID DUE DATE: JANUARY 7, 2026
ADDENDUM NO. 1
ITEM #1: QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: Special provide TS-09, item B states that the coating product shall be specified by the County. Can you
please confirm which product, or type of product, is required?
A1: TEX-COTE GRAFFITI GARD IV LOW LUSTER OR EQUIVALENT. COLOR ANTIQUE IVOOTRY T-108.
Q2: The title of Bid item 401-70-1 “Restore Spalled Areas, Epoxy” would indicate that an Epoxy grout material
is required. However, the reference specs, and notes in the plans indicate a concrete or prepackaged
cementitious product. Please confirm if the material required is an epoxy grout or cementitious material?
A2: The spall repair notes indicate Epoxy or Cementitious which would depend on the spall repair detail. Please refer
to the “Spall/Delamination Repair” tables for guidance on approximate spall sizes and correlate with the spall
repair details.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260098.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
