The Town of Amherst invites sealed bids for the South East Street Park Culvert Removal project. The Invitation for Bids may be obtained online at
www.amherstma.gov/bids
.
An optional project walk-thru is planned for September 10, 2025 at 10:00am at the project site 31 South East Street, Amherst, MA. All bidders are invited to attend.
Bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 18, 2025, to the Town of Amherst’s Accountant’s Office where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
