Event Description
The Department of Social Services, Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) in partnership with the South Dakota Opioid Advisory Committee is seeking proposals that will contribute to a statewide needs assessment and gap analysis on components related to opioid treatment, prevention, recovery programming and other strategies that fall within, or otherwise consistent with the list of approved uses set out in Exhibit A within the South Dakota Opioid Settlement Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) included as Exhibit 1.
This analysis will provide a thorough understanding of the State’s opioid abatement and remediation needs and assist both the Opioid Advisory Committee as well as local entities to prioritize Exhibit A’s approved uses.
The DBH anticipates selecting more than one vendor to accomplish this work based on vendor qualifications and ability to realistically execute their proposed evaluation approach in the timeline provided.
