Description:
The City of Greenville is seeking the services of a qualified government relations firm that can build and maintain positive relationships with current legislative and administrative officials, state agencies, and their staffs. The firm will also be expected to serve as an advocate on legislation, regulations, and other matters that impact the City at the state level. The selected firm will be expected to aggressively and effectively represent on behalf of the City, ensuring its interests are fully represented and prioritized.

These services are to be provided for a primary term of three (3) years from the effective date with the right of the City to extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) year term by notification of the party by the City within thirty (30) days of the termination of the primary term unless the Agreement is terminated earlier by parties as will be allowed in the contract.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, September 4, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 21, 2025.
