The site walk attendance list has been added, please note the list excludes subcontractors.

Revised Engineer’s estimate: $7,500,000.

Addendum 1 has been added which changed the Engineer's estimate and the changed the bid opening date. Addendum 2 changes the bid opening date and zoom link. Addendum 3 has been posted, bid date changed.

Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a Class “B” license at the time of contract award.

Special Requirements:

There are two on-site meeting for contractor (only one attendance is required) and are scheduled for January 8 and January 10, 2025, at 10 A.M. at 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Napa, CA 94559. If you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting, please contact Liang Su at [email protected] by no later than 5 P.M. on January 7, 2025, and indicate which date you will be attending.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Public Works office, Napa County Administration Building, 1195 Third Street, Room 101, Napa, California.
