Revised Engineer’s estimate: $7,500,000.

Addendum 1 has been added which changed the Engineer's estimate and the changed the bid opening date.

Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a Class “B” license at the time of contract award.

Special Requirements:

There are two on-site meeting for contractor (only one attendance is required) and are scheduled for January 8 and January 10, 2025, at 10 A.M. at 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Napa, CA 94559.
