Scope of Services
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a highly qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the South Brevard Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Project. The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based competitive process pursuant to Section 255.103, Florida Statutes, which authorizes public entities to procure construction management services using the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The firm selected will provide preconstruction and construction-phase services, including the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), to ensure the project is delivered in a cost-effective, timely, and high-quality manner that meets the County’s operational and regulatory requirements.
