SOUTH AVENUE EXTENSION-FPID 450716-1-54-01

The City of Zephyrhills is seeking a contractor which is State of Florida certified in roadway extensions. Our project is to extend the north roadway to South Avenue to approximately 1,300 LF located at the intersection of South Avenue and 6th Avenue in Zephyrhills, Florida.

Total project area is approximately 4.80 ac.

This roadway extension will include new pavement, striping, utilities and storm water management system. Utility connections/structures for water and sanitary sewer have been provided to the adjacent properties which the City will be acquiring Right of Way access. New development on the adjacent properties will be required to provide their own storm water management systems for treatment and attenuation.
