Notice of Intent to Award Contract (s) under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

The County of Mercer intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract for the below purchase made available through Sourcewell, and pursuant thereto, from Safeware Inc., under Sourcewell Contract #080922-SAF for:

PURCHASE OF 32’ ARCHING ASSENT SKYWATCH TOWER AND RELATED ITEMS FOR THE MERCER COUNTY CORRECTION CENTER

It is the intent of the County of Mercer to award one or more contracts to Safeware Inc. for the foregoing goods and services pursuant to the proposal it submitted in response to Sourcewell Contract #080922-SAF request for proposal.

Information regarding the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract and proposed agreement can be found on the Sourcewell website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/080922-SAF

The County of Mercer has been a member of the Sourcewell cooperative since September 12,2019 and the subject Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract expires 10/7/2026.

The County of Mercer is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) and LFN 2012-10.

Any comments must be in writing and received by the Mercer County Purchasing Agent via email imaldonado@mercercounty.org no later than 11:00 am on October 8,2025.

Contractors shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
