Sources Sought - Tablets

The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB) is seeking sources for high-performance 2-in-1 tablets with detachable keyboards, similar in capability to the Microsoft Surface Pro. We are conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing approximately 150 tablets that meet the general specifications outlined below. We are particularly interested in vendors with pre-priced contracts, especially those available through GSA.

• Screen Size: 13" - 16"


• CPU: Intel Core Ultra 5/7/9 or AMD Ryzen 7/9 series


• RAM: 16GB - 32GB


• Storage: 512GB - 2TB


• Connectivity: WiFi 6/7, Minimum 2x USB-A, 1x HDMI or DisplayPort

Please review the attached documents ("Sources Sought_Tablets" and "Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics_Tablets") and answer the questions within. These documents provide additional details and will assist us in determining the best acquisition strategy.

Purpose: This Sources Sought notice is for market research purposes only, issued in accordance with FAR Part 5. It is not a solicitation for offers and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties should submit their responses to the questions in the attached documents along with a brief capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to meet the general requirements outlined above. Please include your company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, business size (e.g., small business, large business), and any relevant past performance information, especially highlighting any pre-priced contracts, particularly those on GSA .
